Description: IntelePeer will be performing standard maintenance on the Customer Portal to provide additional functionality. During the time of the maintenance customers will not be able to access the customer portal.

2) Verizon NE Strike.

Due to a recent labor strike at Verizon, orders may be impacted in the legacy Bell Atlantic (D.C., DE, NJ, PA, MD and VA) and NENEX (MA, NY and RI) regions. These are the only regions affected at this time, and Intelepeer is focused on continuing to support our customers.

A: If your order falls in any of the mentioned regions it could be impacted, especially if it is complex in nature. Please proactively plan for delayed responses and longer intervals.
